Use our well equipped fitness room and gym. The gym is situated in the recently renovated Corn Barn - the old barn which was used to thresh the corn. Now it houses the weight training machines, free weights and a selection of fitness machines. It is accessable for wheelchairs. Children are not allowed in the gym. We have the weight training equipment at one end of the gym and the fitness equippment at the other. In between there is a lovely oak floor providing the space to work out to a fitness video, use the stepper or just do your stretching exercises.    The view from the gym is superb - a real insiration to work out! We also have a decent CD player and speakers set up - so bring along your favourite music to work out to. If you prefer we have a television/video player for workout videos or music videos to watch while you are on the fitness machines. On a good day why not take the free weights out on the decking for an outdoor workout    The Corn Barn is only available to guests staying at Country Ways so is never going to be crowded. If you are not used to working out you should start gently. It is also a good idea before using weights to do a training session at your local sports centre. Beside the Corn Barn is the games room with a pool table.
