Woodland
Walks
At the bottom of the valley are 14 acres of private ancient woodland
with paths running through it. Being ancient woodland it contains
a wide variety of trees and an abundance of wildlife. Plenty
of wild flowers too, wonderful bluebells in spring and wild garlic
by the river. You can stick to the paths or be more adventurous
and make your way down to the little river at the bottom.
Gym and Fitness Room
We have the weight training equipment
at one end of the gym and the fitness equipment at the other.
In between there is a lovely oak floor providing the space to
work out to a fitness video, use the stepper or just do your
stretching exercises. The gym has to be adults only for safety

Play
Area
Away from the gardens and great fun for children and adults.
The trampoline can take up to 30 stone in weight and is excellent
exercise! There is also football nets, volley ball, a Wendy House
and sand pit as well as seating and a barbecue.
 Pool Room
This is to be found next to the Corn Barn It is primarily for adults and older children although the
under 14's are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
It also contains a selection of videos and
a large assortment of games for the Play Stations.

Garden and Barbecues
There are barbecues, benches and picnic tables around the gardens.
There are also fold-out chairs and sun loungers
which can be used on the large decked area in front of The Corn
Barn

Whenever you decide to stay
you will find the place to be incredibly peaceful.
This is partly due to the
fact that the farm is away from all roads so all you can hear
are the wild birds and farm animals.
But more than that, it has
a wonderful feeling of peace and quiet which is difficult to
explain. More

The Farm
Around the farm are lots of animals including, Dexter
cattle ,sheep and chickens. Children love
the horses and everyone adores the Rare Breed Pigs,
the piglets of which are often running around the yard. More

The Wildlife Pond
This is a lovely peaceful place to sit, relax or read a book.
The pond has recently been stocked with fish - not for fishing,
but just to enjoy. It is also teaming with natural wildlife -
tadpoles, dragon-flys and loads of newts. Plenty of wild birds
too, darting down and catching insects from the pond surface. |

Laundry Room
Not exactly very exciting but useful anyway, is the Laundry Room.
It contains washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and a steam
press.
There is also a pay phone here along with
freezers with meat from the farm. Click
